As of 03/03/2008, first uninstall the previous software:

1. Go to your computer's Control Panel;
2. Execute "Add or Remove Programs" from the Control Panel;
3. Select "Audio/Video Conference" from the list of programs;
4. Click the "Change/Remove" button to begin the uninstall process;
5. When complete, close those windows and proceed as follows.

Perform this one-time install of the chat room software:

1. Click here: Chat Room; and save the download on your Desktop;
2. Right-click the "feast.exe" icon now shown on your Desktop;
3. Click the "Properties" selection from the context menu shown;
4. On the "General" tab, click the "Unblock" button;
5. Then click on the "OK" button to close the Properties dialog box;
6. To install the chat room, execute "feast.exe" from your Desktop;
7. Read the terms of the License Agreement;
8. Click the "I Accept the terms of the License Agreement" checkbox;
9. To continue with the installation, click the "Install" button;
10. Click the "Cancel" button when the chat room login dialog is shown;
11. Then click the [X] button at the top-right of the chat room window;
12. You now have a "Conference" shortcut icon on your Desktop for future use;
13. There is also a new program group on your Start menu, if you prefer;
14. So, please delete the "feast.exe" icon from your Desktop.

To use the chat room at times when the chat room is to be active:

1. Execute the "Conference" from your Desktop or from your Start menu;
2. Enter your First and Last name or your choice of a screen name;
3. Also, please add a comma and your state or country code to your name;
   For example: Dave Clark, OH
4. Then, select the "feast" chat room name from the dropdown list; and,
5. Click the "OK" button to enter the chat room.

If the "feast" chat room name does not appear in the dropdown list, then a meeting is not currently in progress.  Check again at a later time.  Otherwise, we may be trying to address technical difficulties beyond our control and are not able to broadcast at this time.  Sorry.
